Follow Up On Melamine in infant Formula in the US

What is a sad state of affairs of the recent findings of Melamine in US infant formula is that the FDA is now saying that a small amount of Melamine in formula is safe.. although the Zero Intolerance of any Melamine in any food.. was at once a statement released to the public from the FDA when it was found in China's infant formula released 10/13/08:

you will also find that this article above states that "Someone" is responsible for putting melamine in the infant formulas.. when in fact it has been going on for some time and manufactures are ultimately responsible.. then this recent statement released to the public.. that 1ppm of melamine is now considered to be a safe amount according to the FDA....

So what is melamine and what is the toxicology of of this product? "Melamine is an organic compound that is often combined with formaldehyde to produce melamine resin, a synthetic polymer which is fire resistant and heat tolerant. Melamine resin is a very versatile material with a highly stable structure. Uses for melamine include whiteboards, floor tiles, kitchenware, fire retardant fabrics, and commercial filters.
Melamine resin is manufactured by mixing urea with formaldehyde under heat and pressure. The substances begin to polymerize and are forced into a mold which will create the desired shape. The materials finish polymerizing and create a finished product, melamine resin. This resin is what is used in many kitchen items."

mere decisions..total Nephrectomy.. vs partial Nephrectomy

as I have read all of the procedures.. so far I am leaning toward the total nephrectomy. I am waiting to hear about the mercury levels in my blood.. if they are high.. then I will do the partial.. cause the mercury will cause the other kidney to have tumors as well..

you see medicare/medicaid will not pay for dental work.. and I am loosing my teeth.. the ones with all of the old fillings.. and damn they hurt. the nerve endings are raw, so much so that my ear lobe is in pain too. This is on the right side as well.. when part of the filling fell out .. I looked up what mercury does to the body.. so I ask my Dr. if there is a way to detect high levels of mercury.. and there is a simple blood test...

I do have a call into the cardiologist about my medicine he put me on.. which can cause bleeding out.. and I will be asking to change that medicine.. or at least stop taking it until I have healed from the nephrectomy...

also in this recent CT Scan.. there was some abnormal stuff going on with the cecum.. and the bladder.. and of course the esophagus.. I will be seeing the general doc. sometime next week to discuss .. whatever they want to tell me, that will need to be done in addition to all of this mess...

the neurologist.. has not yet seen me.. cause I am switching docs.. cause the other is way up north of here.. and I am not able to make that driving trip.. its only 30 min.. but it hurts to be in the car. but I did get the reports ... I have injury to my C3-4, C6-7, T2-3, and an abnormal sella.. at which has swelling.. dang! and we have not even got to the lower back yet.. my father joked with me... telling me that I should just get one big rod.. then my back should be fine.. haha! we laughed and talked some more.. I will always fine humour in all of this .. cause well.. there is no room for being upset..

I did read the response from my readers.. and I do appreciate your feedback.. and the concerns.. I will let you all know the surgery date.. once I know.. at which I should know on Monday.. sorry if I bummed anyone out.. I am concerned .. but it is.. what it is.. and I know my time .. well we will see....as I tell my daughters.. I am a bitch.. (only a little bit) haha.. and it should buy me some time.. and I am strong.. and I will make it through all..

and by the way.. I still have not seen the funds that are owed me.. it was still sitting ... and I followed up.. hopefully the email from QMB will get it moving.. then I was told once SS gets it .. it could take another 120 days.. my ass it will! letters will be going to Lloyd Doggett.. and the President Elect Obama.. with all of the details of my medical conditions.. and hopefully Social security will get the lead our of there ass .. and start being more sufficient.. about getting funds to all .. sooner that later! haha..

Hello everyone.. it has been a while since I have written ....

My heart is fine.. no need for stents.. yea! I also had another CT scan of my abdomen, and pelvis area.. the results were not as promising as I would have liked..

My right kidney has a 16.7 mm solid mass at the lower part of the kidey.. along with 2 other masses at 9mm and 5.6 mm..

I saw the Urologist yesterday.... yes I have cancer and it is the mass that measures 16.7 mm... the surgical procedure is called a Nephrectomy.. or a Partial Nephrectomy.. and or Cryosurgery .. this procedure is freezing the tumor and then removing it.. I will be having this done through scopes.. Laparoscopic. the recovery time will be up to 4 days in the hospital...

I will be called on MOnday of next week to discus the date and time of this procedure..

I have to make a decision of having Cryo..vs. partial Nephrectomy.. the Urologist explained to me that the rate of the Cancer is greater if I do the Cryo.... but there is less bleeding .. and the kidney does not ooze as much.. however the recurrence rate of cancer is lot less with a partial nephrectomy ... but the kidney could start up bleeding .. and I would have to go back and they will need to stop the bleeding... although he did state that now they have methods of hemostasis that hopefully would prevent any future bleeding...

I am reading about each of the procedures.. and when I decide what to do ... which is difficult for me ... cause well I just do not know which way to go... the date will be set..

after reading about the UK banning Gay's from donating blood.. I wanted to put some clarity on the issues of Aids.. I remember from the microbiology class back in 84.. that the instructor told the class that Aids is only a "gay" disease.. He told the class that this virus is not limited to the "Gay" populace. That it is a Myth.. and that anyone could contract this disease.. as evident from this article.. the first recorded Aids was in 1959.. and 1969 a teenager died from this disease..

This is so true! They always ask at the doctor's office why you are
there, and you have to answer in front of others what's wrong and
sometimes it is embarrassing. There's nothing worse than a Doctor's
Receptionist who insists you tell her what is wrong with you in a room
full of other patients. I know most of us have experienced this, and I
love the way this old guy handled it.

An 86 year old man walked into a crowded waiting room and approached
the desk....
The Receptionist said, 'Yes sir, what are you seeing the Doctor for
today?'

'There's something wrong with my dick', he replied.
The receptionist became irritated and said, 'You shouldn't come into a
crowded waiting room and say things like that.'

'Why not, you asked me what was wrong and I told you,' he said.

The Receptionist replied; 'Now you've caused some embarrassment in
this room full of people. You should have said there is something
wrong with your ear or something and discussed the problem further
with the Doctor in private.'

The man replied, 'You shouldn't ask people questions in a room full
strangers, if the answer could embarrass anyone. The man walked out,
waited several minutes and then re-entered.

The Receptionist smiled smugly and asked, 'Yes??'

'There's something wrong with my ear', he stated.

The Receptionist nodded approvingly and smiled, knowing he had taken

and then there is the rape he got away with...that I knew about in 2002. and I had black helicopters fly over my house when I posted this info.. and yahoo took away my account.. after I posted this info from an attorney ... Crimes
when this was first reported.. it was not considered suicide.. but then there is always a cover up... as to why they helicopters flew over my house.. and while my daughter was walking her dog.. a helicopter came down so close ... taking pictures of her.. she was so scared..

you see we all are human.. but to hide ... an injustice ... is so typical in a double standard world. and this will continue ... as long as there are lies.. greed... selfishness..

and after all is it not our humanly duty to destroy.. all?
