| | as I have read all of the procedures.. so far I am leaning toward the total nephrectomy. I am waiting to hear about the mercury levels in my blood.. if they are high.. then I will do the partial.. cause the mercury will cause the other kidney to have tumors as well..
you see medicare/medicaid will not pay for dental work.. and I am loosing my teeth.. the ones with all of the old fillings.. and damn they hurt. the nerve endings are raw, so much so that my ear lobe is in pain too. This is on the right side as well.. when part of the filling fell out .. I looked up what mercury does to the body.. so I ask my Dr. if there is a way to detect high levels of mercury.. and there is a simple blood test...
I do have a call into the cardiologist about my medicine he put me on.. which can cause bleeding out.. and I will be asking to change that medicine.. or at least stop taking it until I have healed from the nephrectomy...
also in this recent CT Scan.. there was some abnormal stuff going on with the cecum.. and the bladder.. and of course the esophagus.. I will be seeing the general doc. sometime next week to discuss .. whatever they want to tell me, that will need to be done in addition to all of this mess...
the neurologist.. has not yet seen me.. cause I am switching docs.. cause the other is way up north of here.. and I am not able to make that driving trip.. its only 30 min.. but it hurts to be in the car. but I did get the reports ... I have injury to my C3-4, C6-7, T2-3, and an abnormal sella.. at which has swelling.. dang! and we have not even got to the lower back yet.. my father joked with me... telling me that I should just get one big rod.. then my back should be fine.. haha! we laughed and talked some more.. I will always fine humour in all of this .. cause well.. there is no room for being upset..
I did read the response from my readers.. and I do appreciate your feedback.. and the concerns.. I will let you all know the surgery date.. once I know.. at which I should know on Monday.. sorry if I bummed anyone out.. I am concerned .. but it is.. what it is.. and I know my time .. well we will see....as I tell my daughters.. I am a bitch.. (only a little bit) haha.. and it should buy me some time.. and I am strong.. and I will make it through all..
and by the way.. I still have not seen the funds that are owed me.. it was still sitting ... and I followed up.. hopefully the email from QMB will get it moving.. then I was told once SS gets it .. it could take another 120 days.. my ass it will! letters will be going to Lloyd Doggett.. and the President Elect Obama.. with all of the details of my medical conditions.. and hopefully Social security will get the lead our of there ass .. and start being more sufficient.. about getting funds to all .. sooner that later! haha.. |
